Q: What is an Italian charms bracelet watch?

A: It is a wrist watch built on an Italian modular charm bracelet. The bracelet consists of flat, interlocking stainless steel links (9mm width) that can be individually removed and replaced with decorative Italian charm modules. This allows the wearer to customize the bracelet with personalized charms while still having a functional timepiece.

Q: Are the links compatible with other Italian charm brands?

A: Yes. Our bracelet uses the universal 9mm Italian charm standard, making it fully compatible with all major Italian charm brands including Nomination, Zoppini, and other standard-size Italian charm modules.

Q: How do I add or remove charm links?

A: Each link connects via a spring-loaded hinge mechanism. Simply slide the link sideways to disconnect it from its neighbor no tools required. Snap a new charm link into place the same way. The process takes seconds.

Q: What material is the watch made of? Will it cause skin irritation?

A: The entire watch and bracelet are made from 316l surgical-grade stainless steel with multi-layer nickel-free PVD gold plating. It is hypoallergenic and will not cause skin discoloration or allergic reactions. All products pass SGS skin-contact testing.

Q: Is the watch waterproof?

A: The watch is rated 1ATM (splash-proof), suitable for daily hand washing and light rain. It is not designed for swimming or water submersion. We recommend removing the watch before showering to preserve the gold plating.

Q: How do I adjust the bracelet size?

A: The standard bracelet comes with 18 links (including the watch module) at approximately 18cm length. Remove links to shorten or add extra links to lengthen. Each link adds approximately 9mm. We include 2 extra links with every order for size adjustment.

Q: Can I order custom logo or branded charm links?

A: Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM service: logo engraving on dial/case back (MOQ 500 pcs), custom dial artwork (MOQ 100 pcs), custom plating colors (MOQ 500 pcs), and branded charm link modules (MOQ 500 pcs). We can manufacture both the watch and custom charms.
