A: For stock or sample orders: Lead time is 1-5 days, and the shipping time is 3-7 days. Please provide us with the address so that we can check for you.
For customized orders: The production time is 10-20 days (sometimes more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity), and the shipping time is 3-7 days.

Q: If I paid for your company , how could I know if you send out my goods ?

Regarding our customized order sample: 1. There is a minimum order quantity requirement, We will make a sample for you to check before mass production. A sample mold fee needs to be paid first. 2. The mold fee can be refunded for subsequent bulk production orders.
