Q2: What is your MOQ? A: The MOQ depends on the material, such as: brass/copper goods, is 50 pieces per style; Stainless steel goods, is 100 pieces each style; Cufflinks: 100 pairs each style.

Q3: If you produce clients' design & offer 3D artwork? A: Yes, we welcome custom made jewelry. We will free offer 3D artwork for you to check the design before production.

Q4: What is your advantage? A: Higher quality, lower price, custom made style, short production time, proven technique, good after sale service.

Q5: How much mold fee will you charge? A: If goods do not need the mold in production, so have no mold fee, and if the production will use the mold, the mold fee will be about 100USD-300USD, different style has different mold and mold fee.Mold fee is only one time charged, you do not pay for it next time when you repeat the same style to make.

Q6: How many deposit we need to pay before production? A: As company rules: 50% deposit need be paid before production. But if you are regular customer, 30% deposit is acceptable.

Q7: Which kind of payment you can accept? A: There are Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, T/T payment for your options

Q8: How long is your lead time? A: It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 25-35 working days.

Q9: What is your courier option? A:Regarding to the delivery way, we usually use express such as EMS(UPS) ,DHL ,TNT and FedEx(Federal Express ).

Q10: How about your package? A: Usually we use OPP bag for individual piece, if you have any other special package, like gift or velvet bag, it will be add charged cost.3.

Q11: How to get an extra discount? A: Discounts will be pegged to the amount of your order and quantity of order. 1. If you once order amount reached $ 10,000, we will give you an additional 3% discount. 2. If your quantity of order is over 500 pcs each style one-off, we give you an additional 2% discount. 3. If you pay more than 70% of the deposit, we give you an additional 1% discount.

Q12: What is your after sales policy? A: We send your products must go through multi-channel QC, to ensure that our customers receive products without quality problems. But after all of our products undergo a long-distance transport, in some uncontrollable circumstances, there may be damage to the goods occurs, we are glad to provide quality service to our customers.
